Here’s an overview of the hiring process:

Timing: When you’re ready to apply, expect the application process to take about 10 minutes.
Once you’ve applied, a recruiter or hiring manager will determine whether your profile matches the qualifications for the position. We’ll contact the best-qualified candidates for a phone interview.
Timing: Due to the high volume of applicants, we can only contact those selected for a phone interview. Expect a response to your application within seven to 14 business days. If you don’t hear from us by then, be sure to check this page frequently for new opportunities.
We’ll invite the most qualified candidates to interview with the hiring team. This may involve a series of phone, video, or in-person interviews with the hiring manager, colleagues, and technical team members. Be prepared to answer behavioral-style interview questions, citing specific examples from your experience.
Most interviews are virtual, which gives potential employees the chance to engage with our team in a way that’s as close to “in-person” as possible. We use Zoom and Teams for virtual interviews because we can connect easily via phone, tablet, or computer and interact with candidates during the calls.
For technical interviews, candidates can expect screen-sharing, live document editing, or coding as we learn more about your experience and skills.
Depending on the team and stage of the interview process, candidates may meet one-on-one with a team member, manager, or meet with several team members in a group conversation. Interviews usually last about an hour, but some can run longer, depending on the schedule. Check out our tips for performing well in the interview.
Timing: This stage typically occurs within one to two weeks of the phone screen.
If you’re selected for the job, we’ll make a verbal employment offer. After you accept, you’ll receive a formal offer letter via email. We also complete background checks as a standard part of the process.
Timing: If we extend an offer to you to join our team, you can expect to hear from us within two to five business days after your final interview.
You’re official! We can’t wait to welcome you to the team. As a new employee, you’ll work with the Talent Acquisition Partner who helped you throughout the process along with your hiring manager on start dates, benefits, and onboarding. We’ll set you up for success, starting with the onboarding process. You’ll receive many resources in advance of your start date, including equipment shipped to remote hires.

CSC Corptax values the flexibility and work-life balance offered by remote work options. Corporate tax experience is required for certain positions, but not for all positions. We value candidates with the desire to learn and grow with the company. Our supportive and collaborative teams help employees learn how to use our software and understand the tax side of the business.
