This statewide survey and awards program is designed to recognize and honor the best places of employment in Illinois. The award was presented on Thursday, May 26, during the recognition ceremony at the Oak Brook Hills Resort & Conference Center in Oak Brook, Ill.

Companies from across Illinois entered the two-part survey process. Part One evaluates each nominated company’s workplace policies, systems, philosophies, practices and demographics. Part Two consists of an employee survey designed to measure the employee experience. Combined total score determines the top companies and final rankings for the entire state.
