Buffalo Grove, Ill., March 7, 2017. Corptax, the leading provider of corporate tax software, has announced that Senior Support Advocate Paulla Goines has won the award for “HDI Analyst of the Year—Central Region.” This May, Goines will compete with four other candidates for the “National HDI Analyst of the Year,” slated for presentation in Washington D.C.
Each year, HDI honors the very best of the support profession with a variety of prestigious awards. These awards recognize those that have most enhanced the image of the support industry by attaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Nominated by her peers and after an evaluation process, Goines was recognized as the industry’s top first-level support analyst at a ceremony in December 2016 where she was named “2016 HDI Analyst of the Year—Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter.” Goines then moved on to the central region competition which she won as well, and which qualified her to compete at the national level.
“It is important to provide the best customer service, training and experience for our customers while they complete their compliance and provision processes,” said Paulla Goines. “I believe that the continued success of the award-winning Corptax Support Services group is proof that we are dedicated to our customers and want to see them be efficient and successful.”
